Helen has been a comedy producer since the early 2000s, building one of the most respected comedy Festivals in the US. Specializing in branding and talent booking.

Helen started The Creative Greenhouse with her good friend, Kelly because she believes in the power of a solid start in comedy. Helen has the unique opportunity to see comedians' first stop to fame with her work as CoPresident of The Boston Comedy Festival. Here, she has seen performers like: Hannibal Buress, Nate Bargatze, Mark Normand, Joe List and countless others rise to fame after launching their career. In addition, to the perspective of those who are starting, she also works directly with those who have carved their own paths in the performance space like Jennifer Coolidge, the late George Carlin and Emo Phillips.

Helen knows the wild trajectory performing as can take! She also has a firm grasp on the ways performers must reinvent again and again to stay relevant to an ever changing audience.

A native New Englander, Helen is eternally humble and would rather roll up her sleeves than schmooze. She will meet you as a human and treats everyone equally regardless of status. She is grounded and offers grounding to all those on the path to sky rocketing success. Her eye is laser focused on the steps to success, and growth. Quick with a laugh, and comfortable being her truest self Helen draws on her strengths to embolden new talent and create structure for a new performer.

In her free time Helen enjoys remodeling her new home, traveling as a newly-wed and pouring herself into art as a digital artist and painter. She tries new recipes and hosts friends. Coming from a large family, her time is well spent with siblings, nieces and nephews all over the country. Her gifts of warmth and home extend to the comedy community.
